Discovery insurance is a ****. They do what ever it takes to benefit themselves and not the client.

I joined Discovery 2017 and have been paying all my premiums and have never ever claimed. I ran in to an accident now in 2022 where a few parts of my vehicle were damaged but discovery insists on not paying for everything. During my policy amendments yearly I had mentioned all the extras on my vehicle but surprisingly Discovery is claiming I had not mentioned any extras and when I request the recordings they have been looking for those recordings for the past 4 weeks, mind you I have a courtesy car which has to be returned because they don’t have time assist me and fix my car. I wonder since these extras that need to be fixed are not that expensive what would they have done if the whole vehicle was written off 😡. I don’t trust discovery after being warned about your shadiness when it comes to claims it’s sad to witness you tactics first hand. # stay away from discovery insurance. After 0ver 58 months of premiums without any claims this is how you treat your customers.
