Discovery Insurance is a *******

I would give Discovery a negative 100 if i could!

My fiance was in an accident over a month ago and he was told (on the day of the accident) that there is nothing for us to do, Discovery will get all the information and the 3rd party details in order to claim the damages through the third party insurance.

Not only is the quote a complete ******* but the service we have received is absolutely disgusting! WE are always the ones following up or making the calls to Discovery to get answers and its always the same thing.

NOW the car is going to be written off because it was assessed through Discovery when in actual fact it should have been assessed through the 3rd party insurance as advised on the day of, and a few times after, the accident had happened.

The fault is on Discovery for taking this matter in to their own hands and not following instruction.

I honestly don't know how Discovery is still running with SO MANY unhappy customers.
