Discovery Insurance is a disgrace to the industry

I today notice that Discovery increased my monthly insurance premium by close to 20% without any notification to me. On reviewing my policy, the increase relates largely to my vehicles, whose value depreciates each year, but Discovery made massive increases to my monthly premiums. There is zero communication and zero customer consideration. It is all about ******ing their clients. In the past year my policy was changed without my consent or agreement, when I submitted numerous claims relating to new solar geysers installed a year ago. Due to the numerous claims, i was rated high risk and all claims are now subject to a R5000 excess payment. Three months ago the solar panels for the geysers burst, and the installer, Drain Surgeon, accepted that they installed the incorrect geysers with the solar panels, which caused endless problems. Drain Surgeon replaced both the geysers and solar panels, but Discovery still rates me as a high risk, even though their service providers installed the incorrect products resulting in constant leaks and water issues. And now I am hit with a close to 20% annual premium increase without notification?
