Discovery insurance inefficiencies

It’s been 4 months since my insurance (MiWay) is trying to claim my access from Discovery insurance. It is weird how they are delaying and taking forever to finalise my claim. At first they had said the client said I was at fault despite their client being the one admitting fault. If I did not have emails I think they would have pulled one over my head (weird way of doing business if I may say). Till this day for an accident that happened last yea in 2024, this matter has not been settled with Discovery insurance - what an inefficient business/team
