Discovery Insurance Incompetence

I would like to express the complete ineptitude of Discovery Insurance. I have been trying to resolve and issue with them since 15 Dec 2020, despite assurances that my call would be returned on Monday 4 January 2021, no contact has been made. Since 15 December 2020 - 8 January 2021, I have spent 52mins.16seconds on the phone. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, it also reflects poorly on Discovery.
