Discovery insurance incompetance

This has to be the most *********** insurance company. Fortunately I am not insured with you, but the guy who drove into the back of me is. This happened on 20 October 2021 and we are still waiting for discovery to sort their act out. My car still has not been repaired and quite frankly Gretchen ... who my husband has been dealing with is quite *********** too. Why is it that when someone is not at work or on Leave there isn't someone to assist. I would not recommend discovery for insurance at all. This is very disappointing and not what is expected of Discovery as I have been happy with my medical aid.
