Discovery Insurance-Inaccessible

Discovery Insurance is inaccessible .I am an existing client with Discovery.It would be interesting to see if others are experiencing my problem.I have sent two separate emails to quote for a new vehicle but have received no response.If new business is inaccessible what happens in emergencies like accidents?How is the management in this critical department allowing this unacceptable service in this current economic climate? Disappointed ☹️
