Discovery Insurance horrible service

Car accident reported on the 4th of September.<br> Claim approved on the 11th after numerous calls to Discovery .I have been sitting for one month now without my car and Dme Autobody Repairs keeps stalling on fixing my car .I have had numerous excuses from them of not having all the parts .Finally when they have the parts they take of my bumper and make me wait for another two weeks.<br> The Discovery consultant by the name of Matshepo Mohlala informed me it's not Discovery prerogative to be following up on the progress of the car.<br> I am under the impression that I am Discovery client and not DME`s customer .I have now paid insurance for this month sadly not even in the possession of the car.<br>
