Discovery Insurance FuelBack is a **** and Poorest customer service
<p>My wife's car has been insured for aabout a year with discovery insure fuelback but has not receive a cent of fuel back reward for the last 6-7 months. Neither do we get any dashboard or feedabck on her driving as they promise on the adverts and when they try to sell the policy to you.</p> <p>I have complained and escalated for feedback from discovery but no-one bothers to respond to the emails</p> <p>Time to move back to REAL Insurance Companies like Alex Forbes - instead of Discoveries Marketing **** </p>

We had a chat with your wife as we could not reach you on your mobile phone, where we have provided an explanation why she has not been getting the Cashback rewards. We have now linked the card that she has been swiping as it was not linked to her Vitalitydrive profile.
On the matter of the monthly dashboard notification/ Discovery Insure Monthly Performance Emails, she has confirmed seeing the emails at some point and suspects that they are sitting in her junk-mail box. These she will check when she is back in the office, as we confirmed that we are sending them monthly.
