DISCOVERY INSURANCE- DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!

Still awaiting feedback on my claim that was lodged on 14 November 2023. More damage is being caused to my property because of your delays & endless excuses.

This is my 2nd review on this forum yet no response from this pathetic excuse of an Insurance Company!!

Your App is useless,there are no updates neither can you update anything. Someone please explain to me what is the point of this App????

Endless calls are made with no assistance. Calls are constantly cut off whilst awaiting anything & nobody bothers to call back.

Each Operator has amnesia,you have to constantly repeat yourself, are there no notes on your God forsaken systems???

Are there no Managers at Discovery Insure??? How the hell to you people track your pending claims??? No response to calls or emails!!!
