Discovery Insurance

I regret having to write this review about Discovery Insure based on my recent experience. It has been nearly three months since one of their clients collided with my vehicle, leaving it damaged and with a non-functional boot. The process has been excruciatingly slow and frustrating despite filing a claim promptly.

Communication from Discovery Insure has been shocking. Every time I call for an update, I am met with excuses about system issues or the unavailability of agents. It seems their agents are constantly in meetings or working remotely, making it impossible to access crucial files or provide timely updates.

The promised timelines for resolving my claim have repeatedly been missed. I have been assured multiple times that I would receive a final outcome by the end of the business day, only to be left waiting without any resolution for weeks on end.

As a result, my car's boot remains unuseable due to the damaged, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily life. The lack of proper correspondence and the prolonged delay in handling my claim has left me deeply dissatisfied with Discovery Insure's services.

I would strongly caution anyone considering their insurance services to be prepared for potential delays and inadequate customer support when processing claims. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Discovery Insure for its handling of claims and customer service.
