DISCOVERY INSURANCE DELAYED MY CLAIM - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is such a sad experience for me to write such a review about Discovery, as I highly believed they render the best service. I had a tyre burst and had to make a claim with my insurance. From the day I called for emergency assistance the way my claim was being handled, has been highly unsatisfactory. My claim has been delayed as a result I must return the courtesy car and have to use public transport as I work far from home. I have been in contact with Discovery and was advised that I would be contacted on Friday, but till now no one has bothered to do so. I have to continuously contact them and end up with no feedback or solution regarding the way the claim is being handled. Customer service has seriously deteriorated and I must admit, its time I shop for a new insurance company. Sad reality indeed, pull up your socks discovery.
