Discovery Insurance *******

3 Weeks ago I knocked a pothole in Linbro Park which caused the Brakes to fail and the steering to start making noises when turning Left/right. I had to drive the car to Renew in Rivonia (with no brakes) where the assessor has advised that the car just needed alignment which does not make any sense at all with all the issues that it now has. The car has since been towed to Proline in Rivonia, Which have advised there are issues with brakes, Steering rack and power steering pump. Discovery Insurance has advised Proline to do the alignment only and not fix any other issues found by Proline until they get a report from VW stating otherwise. Discovery are now claiming it to be wear and tear which does not make any sense at all as I used to use the vehicle to take my kids to school and go to work every day with no issues at all until I hit the pothole which now caused all the issues. Do not waste your time they look for any excuse not tp pay!!
