Discovery Insurance Continue to debit my account with no authorization

<p>I was approached by Discovery sales people after I purchased my BMW 228i in August 2016 for a quote the first consultant (I cannot rememeber his name was a black male) and I gave him all my necessary details i.e. bank account details, home address all info required for a quote however their quote was higher than budget insurance which is my current insurance company I explained this to him he triked by all means bringing down the rate but I informed him I was no longer interested several months later I was called by an Indian male consultant who asked why I hadnt taken up the insurance I explained that it was due to the impcompetence of the first consultant who said he would get back to me but never did etc. I find out now after checking my account details that they have bben debiting my account without my consent. I spoke to Anna who said they will investigate and informed me that they have been debiting my account since October 2016 until now. I want to kn ow how on earth they gain access to my account without my authorization! I want my money back over R12 000 to be pricise! This is *****! I did not sign or verbally agree to doing business with discovery and they still debited my account months on end.</p>
