DISCOVERY INSURANCE CLAIMS

WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!! I have phoned many times and asked for assistance, i have emailed, every time when i ask what is going on with my claim i get cut off,.. YOUR SERVICE is the worst. its a week later and i am still waiting for DISCOVERY INSURANCE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT to tell me what the hell is going on with my claim, i have to follow up..... discovery your client service suck.
