Discovery Insurance - claims

My Fiat 500s key stopped working. I got a quote from Fiat and then made a large cup of coffee to sit through the tedious process of the insurance claim. I could not have been more mistaken!!! Sanelisiwe Khumalo from the claims department answered the call so fast that I was not even able to have a sip of my coffee. While speaking to her she sent me an email so that I have the correct email address for her. The call took a maximum of 5 minutes and the claim has been approved and funds will be placed in my account within 72 hours. Fantastic experience and enjoyed my coffee in peace, with the knowledge that all has been sorted. THANK YOU DISCOVERY and Sanelisiwe for making this a painless experience ?
