Discovery Insurance Claim - Pathetic Service.

<div>Every single claim submitted on Discovery Insure has proven to be problematic. This recent '****** vehicle' claim is simply disastrous. Staff unhelpful, impatient, uncaring, customer orientation at zero. Route through to senior management completely “blocked” (always in meetings so they report). Various departments involved unaligned and not synchronized. Can one explain how an institution that is so exemplary in other aspects can possibly have such a dysfunctional area as their Insurance claim channel.</div>
