On Monday 19 August 2018, I submitted a claim of a damaged TV. A consultant by the name of Mosa Phillips assisted me with the claim. I was receiving updates everyday. Today 24 August 2018, the claim has been processed everything has been finalized to my satisfaction.

Thank you so much to Mosa Phillips and Discovery for the prompt and efficient service.
