Discovery Insurance , Auction Nation & Net Assess ****

I 'wrote my vehicle off' . I contacted discovery with regard to the status of my vehicle. They sent me forms to complete 12/03/2021 (NCO-change of ownership and a copy of the registration), also asking when they could collect the original documents and key. I didnt get any indication from them as to how much I would be paid out. I aske dfor the repair cost and it got sent to me (Net assess) when they sent me the repair cost it came to R56193.51 . I queried the amount indicated on the parts and have heard nothing. (eg. R2500 / tyre 195/65R15). We are going on almost a month with no improvement on the status of my vehicle being kept at auction nation. I queried the buy back value of R35000 and got told Auction nation is acting on behalf of discovery and I would need to ask them. I spoke to Anton and he said R35000 is the price no negotiation. My contract was with discovery and it sees they are hiding behind auction nation which really wants my vehicle as they can make a lot on it. I got a quote form my mechanic and panel beater and both came to under the amount quoted by net asses and included additional over looked issues like the cradle would need to be replaced. Claim ***

I will be cancelling all discovery medical, insurance, life insurance, bank accounts once this has been sorted. Discovery shouldn't hide behind 3rd parties.
