discovery insurance are full of excuses

So a few weeks ago i wrote on hello peter about how bad discovery insurance are and there name says it all , you Discover that if you want to claim they will give you a 110 excuses. i did receive a phone call from them ,asking me what the problem was . i told them that my carbon fiber mtb frame cracked under the frame. and discovery used the excuse that its because of wear and tear . Well i send the bike to two diffrent major bicycle shops in Cape town and both off them wrote a report saying that it can not be wear and tear because carbon fibre does not rust or wear and tear and there is no cables that is close to the crack , so the cracked happened when i fell with my bike. My frame is insured for this. They did say they will get back to me and see what they can do. So lets see if they keep to there word. I will keep you all up to date about the claim.
