Discovery Insurance appalling service

Another review as there is still no feedback from Discovery 3rd party insurance. The advisor Nonhlalha must be one of the worst service providers ever. No replies on emails no returning of calls. I am being sent from pillar to post and yet no sign of my vehicle being repaired. Never have I experienced this type of service regarding an insurance claim. The level of service is non existent.
