Discovery insurance and more specific Dineo Khatshwa service worst I have experienced I ever received for a car insurance claim

I had an accident and the damage was minor, just over R6100.00.Dineo Khatswa approved my claim (*** )prompt and I was impressed how fast this was done up to that point.. Took me and my broker a week to sort out the correct document for approval from Dineo. I was offered a car hire or R1500 from him. I asked for the R1500. Then I was told after several mails that I would get R750 which I said okay for on the 12th,same day Got the car back on the 19th After several mails AGAIN to Dineo asking when I will get the R750 .Last mail to him was 24 August. I have not had any response from him and in one of his mails after I tried to phone him I was told he does not take or make calls. I have on record on less than fourteen mails between all parties and still waiting for my R750. Discovery insurance is a good package but after this experience I will ask my broken to look for another company for me
