Discovery Insurance and Lehlobo Autobody Poor Quality Work

I placed a claim last year for my car and Discovery Insurance appointmented Lehlobo Autobody to carry out the repairs. The job card stated that the the bumper and the grill will be replaced with a new one. Upon collection Lehlobo Autobody confirmed that this is what was done, when I inspected the vehicle none of the above was done instead they badly attempted to repair the old bumper. I contacted Discovery Insure to raise this, today is almost a year and the matter is still not resolved. Whenever I call I'm directed to the claims consultants who never allow me to speak with their superiors. I am always passed from one to another and they end up hanging up on me
