Discovery insurance and Katlego Liwane

I was with them for 5yrs. Dealt with a lady by Katlego Liwane at some point. Poor service. I wonder how she got the position. My last claim was a disaster. I was investigated for just a scratch on a bumper. They gave a job to a poor service panel beaters who took 8weeks to paint a bumper and still got it wrong. Worst part they interfered with fan and the car blew a head gasket and discovery didn't cover that. They said its not their responsibility. They complicate your policy and you end up paying excess whereas you took an access waiver.
