Discovery Insurance - a big *****

I put in a claim for my TV after loadshedding on night. They send out an guy to have a look at my TV. He did not even open it up, just had a look and left. Next the claim was denied because they said the power supply went and that is due to maintenance and not a power surge. I appealed it and again it was denied. This time they added pictures of my TV power supply - take note the TV they did not open. I got an outside company to look at my TV. The power supply is working 100% and the lights blown because of a power surge due to LOADSHEDDING. After I send this report in they still declined it and said don't accept outside company reports.

For what am I paying insurance for when this is all just a big lie?! Cancelling my insurance with Discover immediately. Worst experience ever.
