Discovery insurance

I've hit the Pothole on the 1 May 2022 ,on the 3 may 2022 put in the claim ,no phone calls I'm calling them ,everyday when I call my car it went for assess ,on the 11 May 2022 that when they send me the quote for the car ,I had to wait for 10 days excluding working days even todays is the 24 May 2022 ,I don't have my car yet.
