Discovery insurance

Discovery insure has been debiting some money from account without my permission or consent just that I have a car that is covered by them and have requested them to add my second car and gave them the details of the second car and waited for them to call me for a quotation for me to consent to their cover. Now I'm querying this I'm being sent from pillar to post.
