The worst service i have ever encountered. still waiting on a claim from last year may to be processed. the allocated agent Nonkululeko Kolanisi does not respond to any emails or calls you can leave a thousand messages she will never call you back. escalated the matter to her manager Vekash and its like they are cut from the same cloth. dealing with them has been a never-ending nightmare. Mind you this is an eight-month-old claim next thing they going to say it's a stale claim so they not going to pay after all the effort I have put in.
