After the terrible service I had from Discovery and my subsequent review on HelloPeter, I was immediately contacted by a client relationship manager by the name of Thumi who took control of the matter and had my claim finalized within 24 hours. I can only say, that if more people, especially on management level, did their jobs as efficiently and effectively as Thumi did, working with Discovery would be a pleasure!
