Discovery = ***ing ****

Discovery is a ****! In January I incurred damage to the roof of my house. Discovery took months before they even did as little like acknowledging my claim. Eventually after a huge battle to get service, they appointed an *********** contractor who's assessment was incorrect. I then had to pay another contractor out of my own pocket to proof to Discovery that their contractor clearly does not know how to repair a roof.Needless to say again no service Discovery just ignored me. The ceiling has since then literally just fallen to the ground, for no reason at all. I have again informed Discovery it's been two weeks since not even a call or anything from them.
