Discovery Increased My Premium Without Informing Me
I’m extremely disappointed with Discovery Insurance for increasing my premium without any notification or explanation. I was shocked to see the higher amount deducted from my account — no email, SMS, or call was received to inform me of this change. As a paying customer, I expect clear communication, especially when it involves changes to what I’m being charged. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Couldn’t get any concrete results from your consultants

Thank you for reaching out to us about the increase in your premiums that you believe was done without us advising you of this. We can confirm that confirmation of your annual Anniversary increase was emailed to you on 19 June, to the email address registered on your policy.
This may have gone into your spam folder and we ask that you please check as we're not allowed to make any changes to a client's policy without advising them at least 30 days in advance.
