Discovery - incompentent and no concept of customer service

I am highly disappointed in discovery and their client service! Its clearly non-existent. I had an accident and 2 weeks later, an attempted hijacking. my family were treated like ********* and had to wait 3 weeks to get feedback from discovery despite call after call, there is no calls returned and e-mails not responded to. Discovery refused to get my fixed at a place of my choice even after getting manufacturer approval. Now that my claim amount is paid out a month and a half later, Discovery cannot get something as simple as booking car hire right. I have made a call upon call to them and its a mess!! Can someone teach these guys about customer service, feedback and customer satisfaction!
