Discovery *******ly increased premium without my consent

So despite two written complaints to discovery insure regarding their 6%increase on my premium which was only from December last year, they went ahead and debited me without responding to any of my complaints!? Nor did they bother to send me the voice recordings of the conversations that I had with their broker when I agreed to the policy, which I have also requested in the same emails? Surely this is a complete disregard of my rights as a consumer? The fact that they have not provided me with a copy of the voice calls, or addressed my concerns as a new subscriber is proof of their dishonest intent, to fleece all their existing clients of 6% whether they've been clients for more than a year or not? AND THEIR ARGUMENT FOR THE INCREASE IS FLAWED!!! You don't insure the sum of all the parts that make up a vehicle, you insure the value of the vehicle based on its own age, mileage and condition. They didn't send me a complete schedule of all the parts that make up my vehicle and specify them as the insured parts? It's a vehicle, not a container full of parts that add up to the sum of the vehicle? And don't buy the 10%discount at Tiger Wheel and tyre... I went to the same branch that installed my ****le thingy for Discovery Insure, TW&T Strydompark , the had my details on their system... No discount!? 10% would've been equal to approx R 500.. NOT A CENT... Woulda been cheaper to go elsewhere and actually save R 300,.. Not just a promise of a discount..!!!! I look forward to hearing from them, shortly
