Discovery Ignoring queries
My wife was in an car accident in February 2019. Our RAF attorneys have been trying to obtain information from Discovery since the 28th of October 2020.
Discovery acknowledge the receipt of the email and assigns a person to answer the query but they never send a reply. For example on the 25th of March Nonhlanhla Sinthumule was assigned to handle the query, but the person never rep****. They keep on asking for the information from Discovery on a montly basis but no one ever bothers to get back to them.
I've raised it telephonically with Discovery, but that also resulted in nothing.
Your service and attitude is shocking. Discovery is so quick to decline claims and take your money monthly but when they must do something, they become very unhelpful
Since your replay, discovery only send the photo's of the accident to our attorneys and none of the other claim details.
both *** and *** are both ignoring my emails and not replying with any feedback.
This is unacceptable Discovery has delayed our attorneys by more than a year.
Please provide a means to contact a manager to sort this out as soon as possible
