I asked legitimate and fair questions about their use of inferior parts on safety critical components, instead of providing the assurances of the parts used they did not bother to provide any feedback or evidence the parts quoted on are fit for purpose and like for like in quality or approved by any manufacturing authority, this is totally unacceptable and an abuse of power over an insured. think twice before using this pathetic excuse of an insurer. they do not treat their customers fairly
