Pathetic service by they home insurance department

My tv after a power outage had some lines on it and I kept trying to explain to the manager and he refused to listen he kept speaking rudely and say if it's nor justifiable then they call it ware and tear so is this the new way they decline claims

His name is yugen chetty the worst service He was rude on the phone and chose to argue abruptly

Been with discovery for years and now when it comes to claim stage they find all excuses to decline the claim

He needs to be fired cause he has no clue how to handle clients

I asked him to bring my TV back today and he rudely said ya I will bring it back

The thing with these big company's they nit scared of comments anymore so they service has dropped tremendously
