Discovery has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
ABSOLUTELY ******* CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unfortunately they only address issues if you write a Hello Peter review, and EVEN THEN they only pay lip service to avoid receiving a poor review, on the hope of a retraction.
I have had MULTIPLE instances where I've been unfairly charged too much due to a fault in their Vitality system, with the most recent one being due to a faulty Discovery Insure sensor/telematics not being uploaded to Discovery properly (that they confirmed was the fault). I'm STILL at least R700 out of pocket as a result. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I've sent multiple emails, called multiple times. NOTHING. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

03 Feb 2021, 11:53I missed your call, as I was in a meeting.
You have rectified the points, but you have not refunded the difference between what you should've refunded for the iPhone benefit in January, and what you did. You gave ~R171, instead of ~R740, plus I missed out on Vitality points as a result. Why must I send you proof, when you refund into my Discovery Bank account? You have all of the information.
Do the work yourself.
