I just want to give a huge thanks to Abdul Cristian from the emergency assist department, who not only helped me with an odd request, but it was also not in his job description. He just made a plan, and made my life easy! He also called me numerous times to make sure I was fine and to let me know when my service was arriving. Abdul, you are the BEST!
