Discovery harassment
Discovery is harassing me with NON-STOP monthly calls for the past 12 months+!! EVERY MONTH I get a call from a different financial advisor wanting to offer personal financial planning, short-term insurance or something despite my continuous requests to have the number removed. The number they call is not a personal line but a business line. They KEEP CALLING and can't account for how they got the number as it was never provided to them. It's a business line and not a personal line!!

08 Feb 2024, 20:53Unfortunately blocking their numbers HAS NOT been all successful. In addition to telling them NOT to call me, they find alternative numbers to CALL ME FROM!! so believe me... Every month Discovery gives me an unsolicited call, despite pleas to get my number off their list, despite telling them they are calling a business number... THEY CALL WITHOUT CARE..if one is not successful,they call from a different number or pass to a new financial advisor!! This is POOR data, client Management, that number is not available for personal services. I NEVER gave it to Discovery!! Who do I EMAIL at Discovery Lead management to remove that number?

How do DISCOVERY even get that business cell number, to call to offer personal products? Like WHERE DID YOU GET THAT NUMBER? It was never offered for financial services.

She has called before these times, others have called too (for more than 1 year) come Dec 2023. I blocked some numbers, but will still get calls consistently from different FAs.
