Discovery Great, their partners not so much!!

This is a difficult one to write. The agent I dealt with was Treasure Mhlongo. He was great, fast, attentive and understood that customer service is a priority. I'd happily deal with him any time.

The issue is related to the process of managing a claim related to a burst geyser and the follow on process with Fix24, their repair agents assigned. Terrible!!

I got phoned after 10 at night to schedule appointments, they had not read the damage report and looked over the pictures submitted properly. When they were then appointed to do the work, they turned up and refused to do the work because it was slightly different to what they though it would be. Then proceeded to demand the payment of the excess fee.

I'd ask Discovery Insure to explain their processes to their newer clients more clearly and also to really think hard about who their repair agents are to fulfil the claims lodged by clients. Fix24 never again, thank you.
