Discovery *****

I have been with discovery insure since 2017 November, i called discovery and enquired myself and took the insurance.

1. Discovery has been doing a credit check in my name the date 2020-02-07 results in my credit profile and has reduced my credit score.

I had nothing to do with this, i am still with discovery yet discovery still called me to sell car insurance to me.

2. I took the insurance out myself i am now surprised to be told my discovery i have some broker from a company i don’t know, i’ve sent emails to discovery and no response.

I am already paying alot with discovery whats the use of broker thats not doing anything for me? When i called discovery to reduce premium they refused because I had a claim in January 2018.
