Discovery Foresters in Knysna at the Knysna Mall

I recently had the worst experience in the insurance sales division. At Discovery in knysna they call it Discovery Foresters. The one sales consultant who signed me an my mom on as his new customer, told me he would advise me the best way to get cover and how to claim. Then when i want to claim he tells me i must come to see him at the office, so i asked him if i have to come to the office all the time when i have a claim to make. Anyway i meet him at the Knysna Mall office it called Discovery Foresters. I tell him iPad and geyser need repairs, he tells me he can't process claim for the geyser and he won't process for iPad. Tells me i am committing freaud, but he won't tell on me and that the things i covered in the All Risk are all expensive even his girlfriend cant afford those kinds of items. I am totally freaked out with the treatment, when i tried to complain to somebody about him at the branch, nobody was available to take my complaint an that i must send my complaint in email. They gave me the email address of the very sales consultant that i was complaing about. Discovery needs to know that one bad sales consaltant will mess up the image of their whole company. That Discovery Foresters in Knysna must just close down.
