Discovery (FGro Red)- Best experience on my first claim

My wife was involved in a smash and grab incident on the 02/09/2021. The front passenger window had been smashed while my kids were in the car and was just a really traumatic experience for my family. I called Discovery today through FGro Red (Discovery Broker house) who I have my policy through to log a claim. This is my first claim through insurance and as I've heard, this is a daunting experience for most. I expected to be interrogated and have to go through a lengthy process of trying to get my claim approved. I called Discovery and was put through to the claims department. I spoke to Simphiwe who not only logged my claim in less than 2 minutes, she was genially empathetic and offered my wife and kids trauma counseling due to the nature of the incident. I received everything she promised to send me and the service provider called me less than half an hour later to let me know they had received the claim approval, have ordered my part and will contact me once they had received delivery. After a very tough experience this was truly refreshing. The level of professionalism and service I received is just outstanding. Discovery really walks the walk. Proud to have my cover with you.
