Discovery Excessive Increases Poor Service

Discovery has become absolutely ridiculous with the increases in rates/premiums (Both health and vehicle insurance)

All Mr Anton Ossip seems to be doing is sending an increase letter.

These increases are happening without consulting, just a simple notification that you need to accept.

After numerous requests to be contacted by Discovery or a representative to discuss, no one bothers to respond.

Another increase has now been passed Mr Ossip. You are the Chief Executive Officer. Could you please motivate your staff to pick up the phone. Your so called advisors have promised to setup appointments and none of this has materialized.

Your signature is on the increase letter dated May 2021, which came into effect in July. another increase letter received today for an increase in excess fees, from September.

How many more increases are you planning for this year? Do you not make enough from your existing subscribers? Why the frequent increases?
