Discovery - Ethically compromised

Discovery sold me a extended warranty in October 2020 they canceld the warranty with out communicating there reasons for the cancelation or even notifying me that they had canceld it, I only found out about this once I tried to claim on the warranty discovery rectified the cancelation but insisted the waiting period be app**** and rebutted my claim. the situation I found myself in is due to there there doing and is ethically wrong they have placed me as a client in a worse position and my broker is trying to fight it but Discovery is un relenting in there stance. they are ethically compromised in this situation and need to make right please assist me
