Discovery - Emergency support service disgraceful

I had an emergency involving a major risk to my house. Contacted the emergency contact number at 8am and until now a full 9 hours later no constructive support. I found the support extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and will look at changing my insurance shortly.. the company has no problem taking monthly premiums, but major red tape when emergency response needed..

It’s really sad to think an organization I admired and had really good service for years is brought to its knees by a few bad apples in its frontline.
