Discovery Emergency Services and Claims Process

I was hit by a drunk driver while driving home with my young child. I called Discovery Emergency Services. Nthabeleng Motlhokoana answered the call and kept me calm while I tried to navigate through the situation and the masses of people giving me advice at the scene. He told me what I needed to do and made sure I had done all the right things to ensure a smooth claim service. My car was booked into the assessment centre while I was still at the accident scene (on the Friday) without me having to ask so that the damage was assessed on the following Monday.

Nthabeleng checked on me ever half hour to see if I was OK and had made it to the police station and then home. His last call to me was in the evening to make sure I was safe and to offer me counseling services for me and my son should we want them.

He was kind and understanding in a moment of trauma for me and my child and for that I am so grateful.

The rest of the claim process was easy and smooth where my claims administrator, Siphelele Phumla Magagula handled everything. She kept me updated and carefully explained every aspect of my claim and how the process worked.

Definitely a good experience and a positive ending to an unfortunate situation.
