DISCOVERY EMERGENCY RESPONSE

I called Discovery this morning frustrated because my automatic car that has not been driven for over two weeks was not starting. Mr Nthabeleng Motlhokoana answered my call. He listened to my challenges, patiently asked questions that will help him understand my needs, he subsequently dispatched help and my challenges were sorted within 40 minutes. Mr Motlhokoana called back to check if I was helped and also advised not to hesitate calling back should i experience the same or any other problem. I would like to express my gratitude for his professionalism and efficiency in diagnosing my car challenges over the phone and for timeously dispatching relevant help.
