Discovery emergency insurance assist is pathetic

I had the worst assistance with regard to emergency assist after my car broke again after being prepared at Thompson body repairs in Polokwane! I received my car @17:00 and the panelbeaters did not give me an emergency number to call if something is wrong on my way to Pretoria. When I called Discovery insurance to logged the issue and it took them 3 hours to get back to me to inform me that they will not be able to offer me a loan car and for the same period of time the towing services never arrived!!! Discovery mentioned that I can arrange my own car or services to go back home?!?!?!? They will only refund when I can provide a slip
