Discovery Drive Devices Faulty

I contacted Discovery Insure regarding the fact that their Driving Points device is faulty. Firstly - It deducts points for phone usage (movement) when my phone is in a stationary position and is not being used or moved. Secondly - It records trips which I have not even traveled. I spoke to a Manager and he advised that if my phone moves, it wi9ll record as Phone Usage. Since then I have been ensuring that my phone is stationary and in a fixed position when I drive. Discovery need to sort this out soon as I am seriously considering moving my insurance to another company and will also move my medical aid if this is not sorted out. I have spoken to other people as well who use these devices and they are experiencing the same problems. I joined Discovery because of the great discounts one is promised if you drive carefully and do not use your phone. They have sold this product to me under false pretenses.
